Mellott - Friends have learned of the recent death of Mrs. Lucy Benjamin Davis, formerly of Mellott. Mrs. Davis, 71, died Friday at the Washington General Hospital at Fayetteville, Ark, where she had been hsopitalized for two weeks. She had been in ill health for some time, suffering from a aheart condition. She is survived by her husband, Harry Davis, four sons, John, Kenneth and Harry Jr all of California and Gene of Kansas City, Mo and two sisters, Mrs. Roy Deitrick of near Lafayette and Mrs. Claude Livingood of Attica.
